Freerider serial number

Please open the QUICK START GUIDE that came attached to your bike, you should find the serial number in there.

The serial number will also be on a label on the side of the box your Freerider was delivered in.

If you no longer have either of these then you will also be able to find the serial number on the head tube of your bike (please see attached photo) it can be slightly difficult to find in low lighting.


If you take this number and head to our website, you will be able to extend your warranty to 90 days.
