Damaged axle

The axle in the motor can become damaged or snap through excessively hard and sporadic acceleration, an overly tight or slack chain, and hard knocks, falls or landings.

We are constantly developing our technology and experimenting with different materials and manufacturing processes to find better designs and deliver a premium product. Depending on which model/year bike you have, we may have improved upon the design a number of times.

Because we develop our motors in-house, we can repair the majority of any issues that might arise.
